People from all over Ipswich have been paying tribute to their loved ones who have passed away this week.

A total of 18 families have made heartfelt tributes to those from town they have loved and lost. 

After someone dies, their families will sometimes choose to make an announcement of their death, in order to share the news with their community and all those who knew and loved the deceased relative. 

Others will choose to have an obituary written in the newspaper, which offers the chance to share special memories and tell the story of the deceased person's life.

Roy Cook, who passed away on February, 4th aged 94.
