Detectives investigating the death of James Quigley in Ipswich have been granted more time to interview two suspects.
Mr Quigley, 18, from Wymondham in Norfolk, died from stab wounds after an incident in Westgate Street in the town centre on January 17.
Following enquiries, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man from the Ipswich area were arrested yesterday, January 21, in connection with the stabbing.
Today, January 22, detectives were granted an additional 36 hours to question the suspects by Ipswich Magistrates’ Court.
This will expire in the early hours of Tuesday morning, January 24.
