Men who helped supply drugs into towns in Suffolk and a 28-year-old rapist were among the criminals jailed in the last week.
Vinnie Whittred and Sorren Price
Vinnie Whittred and Sorren Price were arrested in Newmarket last November after police conducted raids at addresses in the west Suffolk town.
Among the items seized were mobile phones, a quantity of cash, paraphernalia associated with drug supply and a samurai sword.
Further investigations established that Price and Vinnie were strongly suspected to be involved in the supply of class A drugs.
At Ipswich Crown Court, Whittred, 19, of Willow Crescent, Newmarket, was handed sentences of 24 months and 39 months concurrently after pleading guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
Price, 21, of Bill Rickaby Drive, Newmarket, was sentenced to five years and seven months after he admitted being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
Christopher Church
Christopher Church, formerly of Mill Rise, Saxmundham, was described as "wicked" by a judge as he was sentenced for raping a schoolgirl.
Ipswich Crown Court heard the 28-year-old raped the girl on at least three occasions when he was about 19 and she was 11.
Church, now of Prince Street, Wisbech, also sexually assaulted a schoolboy and showed him porn.
He pleaded guilty to two offences of raping a girl under 13, two offences of sexually assaulting a boy under 13 and four offences of inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
Church was jailed for 12 years and eight months.
Harry Tillett
Harry Tillett was arrested after police conducted a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at a property in Anglian Place, Haverhill, in December.
A quantity of suspected class A drugs were located at the address, as were three mobile phones and nearly £300 in cash.
Tillett, of Tudor Close in Haverhill, was subsequently charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine.
The 61-year-old admitted the offence and was jailed for 45 months.
Ashley Nvuemba
University of Essex student Ashley Nvuemba was arrested at his accommodation at the Colchester campus after "regularly" bringing drugs into the city from London, Ipswich Crown Court heard.
The 23-year-old, of Annan Road, Colchester, had denied being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine.
However, Nvuemba was found guilty after a trial.
He was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison.
