The site of a former popular Ipswich florist is up for sale after the owner announced her retirement.
Christines Florist in Bramford Road is currently up for auction with a guide price of £100,000 to £120,000.
Owner of the florist, Christine Hurst announced she was retiring earlier this month.
Speaking about her retirement the 73-year-old said: "I have lived and breathed every minute of this shop.
"People have often stopped me and asked if I ever got bored.
"But I never did. Every day was different and I loved it."
After 52 years, the Kesgrave resident said it was the right time to retire and hand the baton over to someone else.
Christine's Florist will retain its name, but will be moving to Nacton Road as part of Ipswich Florist Direct.
Located in the west of the town the building is situated within a residential area.
The property comprises of two interconnected units which, according to Auction House East Anglia, who are auctioning the building, would benefit from improvements.
The building benefits from a kitchen, storage spaces, and toilets.
If required planning permission is granted the property offers great potential for alternative uses.
