Bank cards, gold earrings, and cash have been stolen after a spate of vehicle break-ins in Ipswich. 

The break-ins occurred overnight between Saturday, January 7 and Sunday, January 8.

Two vehicles that were parked in Hawthorn Drive were broken into sometime between 10pm on Saturday and 9.30am on Sunday. 

One of the vehicles has been left unlocked and gold earrings and cash were stolen. 

The doors on the other vehicle were damaged to gain entry and a small amount of loose change was stolen. 

Between 8pm on Saturday and 8am on Sunday a Mazda was broken into. 

A bank card and portable speakers were stolen from the car. 

The bank card was later fraudulently used, according to Suffolk police. 

At sometime between 4am and 6am on Sunday a car that was parked in Bramford Road was broken into and a wallet, parking permit and a mobile phone were stolen.

The bank card was also fraudulently used.
