A popular bar and grill in Ipswich has ceased operation after 13 years, due to increased costs and a drop in footfall.
K Bar and Grill situated on St Nicholas Street in Ipswich announced the closure on New Year's Day.
In a statement posted on its Facebook page, the bar and grill said: "We have been part of the fabric of Ipswich for the past 13 years but the pressures of increased costs, a drop in footfall and the fact that a majority of our customers have still been encouraged to work from home has had a massive impact on the high street of this town we call home."
K Bar and Grill thanked its customers, suppliers, DJs and members of staff they have had over the years.
The statement continued by saying: "We have searched every possible way to keep the family together.
"We have had to make the extremely difficult decision to cease trading."
