The Next Boxing Day sale has seen long queues forming outside Suffolk stores in the early hours in the past, but things will be different this year.
Next has more than 500 stores in the UK, including three branches in Suffolk located in Martlesham, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft, as well as an Outlet store in Ipswich.
Last year, the fashion and homeware chain announced it would close on Boxing Day to give its staff a break over the festive period.
A spokesman for Next confirmed that this will be the case again in 2022, with all UK stores shut on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, which falls on a Sunday and Monday this year.
While customers won't be able to go in-store until Tuesday, December 27, they will still be able to shop the sale online over the bank holiday weekend.
