A busy Ipswich road leading to Ipswich town centre has been closed due to emergency repairs.
Suffolk Highways confirmed Bramford Road had been closed at the junction with Sproughton Road, close to the railway bridge, at about 5pm on Monday.

Posting on Twitter, Suffolk Highways said: "Investigations will take place to determine the cause, remedial repairs will take place as soon as possible."
It is not known how long the road will remain closed for.
