This two-bedroom Victorian home a short walk from Ipswich town centre has sold for more than its guide price at auction.
The property in Ashley Street, in the Old Stoke area of the town, went under the hammer with Auction House East Anglia on Wednesday.
It was expected to fetch between £90,000 and £110,000, but the bidding reached £117,000.
Auction House said the home was sold freehold, with a tenant in situ.
The auctioneer described the home as an "excellent investment opportunity".
