A new noodle restaurant is set to open up in Ipswich town centre in a unit that has been left vacant for several years.
Branding for a store named I Love Noodle has gone up in the former Subway in Carr Street, near the corner with Upper Brook Street.
The sandwich shop closed in September 2018 after a blaze and never reopened.
The store was left gutted after the fire, but Subway bosses had expressed hopes it could reopen a year later.
A sign in the window said: "This store will be reopening in the near future."
Work has been going on to convert the unit into the noodle fast food restaurant in the last week.
It comes after the former Burger King in Westgate Street was converted into an Asian-style restaurant, called Mu Lan Kitchen, last month.
