Lark in the Park is back for its 17th instalment this year and is looking to be bigger and better than ever before.
With a wide variety of family activities and stalls available, the event caters for every member of the family year after year.
It is being held on Sunday, June 25, from 11am to 4.30pm and is free to attend.
In past events, everything from ‘It’s A Knockout’ competitions to live music performances have been available, with each year attracting well over 2,000 residents from Ipswich and further afield to Gippeswyk Park.
It is organised by the Chantry Residents Association and all the money raised is pumped straight back into future events and activities for the association.
These pictures provide just a snapshot of the event’s 16-year history, and give an insight into the types of activities you can expect to find this year.
