Passed away peacefully on 14th November, aged 60. He will be greatly missed by all that loved him. A loving son, dad, brother, grandad and partner. The funeral will take place at All Hallows Church, Ipswich on Friday 13th December at 12 noon followed by a burial at the Millennium Cemetery. Donations in loving memory of Patrick can be made to PSC online via Michael Smy Funeral Directors website under 'funeral notices'.
