PATRICIA ELIZABETH JONES (PAT) Passed away peacefully on 26th June, 2024, aged 95 years. A strong and gentle lady who lived life to the full. Beloved wife of the late Jim and latterly the late Gerald. A wonderful, mum, step-mum, nan, great-nan and sister who will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends.
