GRAHAM EDWARD BAILEY BEM Peacefully passed away on 2nd May, aged 81. Loving Husband of Ruth, most loving Dad to Natasha and Gareth, Father-in-law to Suzanne. Devoted Grandpa to Ellie and Poppy also Great Grandpa to Arthur. The founder of Genesis Orwell Mencap.
