WALTER WILLIAM RATCLIFFE 'BILL' Passed away peacefully on Friday 29th December, 2023. Brother to Sylvia Newman. Funeral service to take place at Ipswich Crematorium on Wednesday 31st January at 3.15 p.m. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired to Marie Curie or St. Elizabeth's Hospice.
