RICHARD PAUL MILBOURNE Passed away peacefully on 13th November, 2023. Devoted husband to Heather, dad to Marianne and Hazel, 'Grumpy Grandad' to Matt, Jonny and Ellie and great grandad to Will, Issy, Rufus, Isla and Archie. Private committal followed by a Service of Thanksgiving on Tuesday 19th December, 2023, at St. Andrew's Church, Britannia Road, Ipswich at 12 noon. No formal dress code. Family flowers only.
