JOAN ELIZABETH HART Passed away peacefully in hospital on 2nd September, 2023 aged 68 years. Loving partner of Stephen, beloved mum to Dan and Louise. Reunited with Carly and Nia. Funeral to be held at St Peters Church, Stutton, on Wednesday 27th September at 2:30pm.
