DESMOND ANTHONY LLOYD (TAFF) A proud Welshman who passed away on the 17th June at the grand old age of 93. The most devoted husband to the late Mary and loving father to Wendy and Kim and father in law to David. Taff left the valleys when he was 18 to join the RAF and served 22 years. He was stationed initially at Martlesham where he met Mary, as beautiful as he was handsome, they were the happiest and most devoted of couples. They travelled extensively and he gave his 2 daughters the most wonderful, adventurous and secure childhood. Sadly, he lost Mary far too early but he remained a contented, positive man who was always happy. Taff was a strong, kind and intensely loyal person who remained proudly Welsh until his dying day. He called himslef a lucky man, he was. Rest Papa. Hedd perffaith hedd.
