BLAKE GEORGE AND JUNE George Walter Blake passed away peacefully on January 28th, 2023 and June Eileen Blake passed away peacefully on February 24th, 2023. Married for 67 years, much loved parents, grandparents, great grandparents and aunt and uncle. Funeral service for both June and George will take place at Seven Hills Crematorium, Ipswich, on Monday March 13th, 2023 at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only.Tributes

Such great memories of working with Blakey in A&E all those years ago , so calm, sensible and knowledgeable, Blakey was one of a kind and one of the best , lovely to work alongside . May she and George rest in peace 💕

Remembering dear Blakey and all the fun and hard work we shared across many years in A&E.
She was so knowledgeable and experienced and soon whipped me , the wet behind the ears staff nurse, into shape . We learned high standards from her and Giddy and enjoyed the best cuppas from the biggest tea pot. Hard working , good fun and loyal . Happy ( and sad) times shared . One of a kind x
