Hazell John Michael. Passed away peacefully at South Molton Community Hospital, Devon on September 29th 2022. Beloved Husband to the late Gillian, Loving Dad to Karen, Susan & Leon, Proud Grandad, Great Grandad and Great Great Grandad. Funeral Service is to be held at West Chapel, Ipswich Crematorium IP4 2TQ on Friday November 11th at 2.15 p.m. followed by interment at old Cemetery at 3.00 p.m. The family welcome flowers, please send to Ipswich Chapel of Rest, 32 Boss Hall Road, Ipswich IP1 5BN.
