LUNNEY Claire suddenly, but peacefully at Norwood MHA Residential Home, Ipswich, on August 24th, 2022, aged 89 years. Widow of the late Rev Canon Henry Lunney, much loved mother to Ross and Rachel and the late Yvette, grandmother to Emma, and treasured member of her wider and recently-found family. A friend to many, and committed to various organisations, Claire’s active involvement in several Suffolk churches was faithful and valued. The family-only burial at Westerfield will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Mary and St Peter Church, Church Lane, Barham, Ipswich, IP6 0PT on Monday, September 12th, at 10.00 a.m. Those attending are invited to wear something purple!
