BARTLETT Patricia Joan (Pat), of Bramford. Passed away peacefully following a short illness, at St Elizabeth Hospice on Tuesday January 18th 2022 aged 87. Dear mum to Carol and Michael, mother-in-law to Alan and Wendy, nanny to Jade, Jamie and Jade, and great nan to Maddie and Grayson. Funeral service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium on Wednesday February 23rd 2022 at 9.45 a.m. Family flowers only, but donations if desired for St Elizabeth Hospice, may be sent to East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 310 Nacton Road, Ipswich IP3 9JH.
