SKIPPEN ALAN GEORGE It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of Alan, aged 72, on January 14th, 2022. Devoted husband of Jenny, loving father to Mark, Simon and Paul, father-in-law to Jessy and Vicki, much loved brother to Carole and Kath, adored grandfather to Elle, Rhea, Eva, Amelia, Percy and Martha and proud great grandad to Mila. A good friend to many. Funeral Service at St Peter's Church, Elmsett, on Friday, February 11th, 2022, at 2.00 p.m. followed by interment. All are welcome. Alan's wishes were for a happy colourful funeral, so please dress accordingly. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, made payable to Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity (to benefit Ipswich ITU) may be sent to R Gwinnell & Sons, 32 High Street, Hadleigh, Suffolk, IP7 5AP.
