SMITH Brian. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday April 1st, aged 93 years. Much loved by his wife Pat and all his family. Retired GP from the Stowmarket Practice and former Medical Officer of Health for Ipswich and Community Physician. Cremation private. Thanksgiving service to be arranged.
