Police officers in Ipswich served up justice and food after delivering takeaways to customers because they had arrested their delivery driver.
Hungry customers were surprised when they received a visit from officers on Tuesday (April 9).
While on patrol officers Hills and Amery spotted a wanted man in the town.
The man was working as a delivery rider and was in the process of delivering two orders.
A spokesman for Ipswich police said as both officers are "keen takeaway enthusiasts" they personally delivered the orders.
On the way to the police station the officers had a "crash course" in how to operate the delivery app as they made sure customers did not miss out on their food.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said Mohammed Fashi was sought on a warrant for failing to appear at court in connection with an incident of array.
The 21-year-old was arrested at Cardinal Park in Ipswich at 6:20pm on Tuesday and arrived at Martlesham police station at 6:51pm
