A Tex Mex restaurant is looking for someone to take on a franchise in Ipswich as part of the company's expansion.

Cactus Jack's, which only has one restaurant based in Doncaster, is looking for franchisees across the UK.

The family friendly restaurant serves lunch and dinner in Tex Mex cuisine, such as ribs, nachos, tortillas and enchiladas, burgers and salads.

The restaurant's themed interior design includes "Wild West" memorabilia and a "jail cell" dining option that is popular with children.

Customers are waited on at their table but the brand hopes to provide a laid back atmosphere and moderately-priced.

Cactus Jack's is looking for individuals or partnerships with a hospitality background such as chefs or restaurant managers or owners, but this is not necessarily a requirement.

Existing restaurant owners looking to change their brand and menu are welcomed, or existing multi-brand franchise owners can also add Cactus Jack's to their offering.

The overall investment requirement, including working capital, will be about £240,000 according to the company.
